Please note: If you do not pick up a package after it has been held for 7 days at a post office or a Packstation, it will automatically be returned to us. This applies even if you provided an incorrect address. In this case, we’ll charge a flat fee of 6.50 euros to cover the return shipping costs we’ve incurred, and we’ll be happy to resend the package to you for the standard shipping fee. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT!

In mail-order business, we naturally rely on the postal service. We’ve decided to pay a surcharge to DHL and automatically include the DHL GoGreen Plus service with every shipment. Important for you: You won’t be charged anything extra! You can find information from DHL about GoGreen Plus  here. 

Packaging

For shipping, we use used boxes whenever possible to conserve resources and reduce the use of new packaging. Please bear with us if your package doesn’t look quite as fancy as usual—we still packed it with lots of love for you :-)

Our packing tape is made from recycled paper with a rubber adhesive backing and can be disposed of with the box in the paper recycling. We deliberately avoid using plastic tape on our new shipping boxes.

With reused shipping boxes, plastic tape is sometimes still inseparably attached to the box. We believe this box can still be reused. If you have any questions or suggestions, we’d love to hear from you via the contact page.
